At Clanweb we are passionate about protecting and preserving the environment for future generations to enjoy. Not only to we work responsibly and recycle wherever possible but we are now taking direct action by planting trees in Scotland.

Our commitment is simple: 5% of our fee will now contribute directly to the planting of new native woodlands in Scotland. Not only this but these trees will be planted for you! If for example, your site costs £600 then we will plant you 3 trees with Trees4Scotland and present you with a fabulous planting certificate.

Teaghlach Wood (meaning family or clan)

The trees planted will all be native Scottish varieties such as oak, birch, rowan and willow (amongst others). They will be planted and grown in Teaghlach Wood near the village of Comrie in the central Highlands. Being Carbon Positive

Over the years as the trees grow they will sequester more and more carbon and emit the oxygen that we all need to breath in our atmosphere. We have worked out that trees planted from 5% of each fee will more than cater for the carbon impact created during the production of your website – and the hosting!

Planting trees is a great way to offset your carbon footprint and become carbon neutral. Through photosynthesis trees absorb carbon dioxide to produce oxygen.
